We operate across fashion, nightlife, and culture, including but not limited to clothing drops, club nights, and pop-ups.

All activities are operated under the name NOYS unless stated otherwise.

NOYS products are released in limited quantities. Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.

Product visuals and descriptions are shown as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to production, lighting, or screen settings.

Tickets for NOYS events grant access only for the specified date, time, and location. Entry is subject to:

• Venue capacity

• Local laws and regulations

• House rules and security policies

NOYS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests without refund in cases of misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of event rules.

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes.

Payments must be completed in full before any order or ticket is confirmed. NOYS reserves the right to adjust prices, line-ups, venues, or event details when necessary.

After placing an order or purchasing a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

NOYS reserves the right to cancel orders or tickets due to:

• Stock or capacity limitations

• Payment issues

• Suspected fraud or misuse

In such cases, refunds will be processed where applicable.

We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates. NOYS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are non-refundable unless legally required.

Line-ups, venues, and schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Tickets are non-refundable, unless an event is canceled entirely by NOYS.

• If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.

• NOYS is not responsible for personal travel, accommodation, or related costs.

In accordance with EU consumer law, unworn and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

• Be in original condition

• Include original tags and packaging

• Show no signs of wear, washing, or damage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Limited drops or special releases may be non-refundable, as stated at checkout.

NOYS is not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

• Injuries resulting from unsafe behavior, intoxication, or third parties

Attendees enter events at their own risk.

By attending NOYS events, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes, unless stated otherwise.

Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or ticket, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
